MICFootball Punta Cana is the Caribbean edition of the Mediterranean International Cup (MIC), the international youth tournament based in Costa Brava, Spain, run by MICSports. Clubs from around the world compete — Inter Miami CF Academy among them.

The Fields, Cap Cana Sports City — 13 natural-grass pitches in a purpose-built 125,000 m² complex in Punta Cana.

⚠️ Categories — read before planning
The tournament runs five boys categories (U12, U13, U14, U15, U16) and only one girls category: F16. That single category is the entire DYFN opportunity here.

Which DYFN band fits
Girls 2011–2012 is the band that lines up with F16 in June 2027 — and it is already flagged internally as the U-16 national team window (2027–28), the entry door to the U-17 World Cup pathway. The timing is exact. The other bands have no category to enter: Girls 2009–2010 would be 17–18 and aged out, and Girls 2013–2014 and younger sit below the category.

✈️ Logistics

• Registration is by team, not by individual player.
• Teams staying with the organization receive bus transfers from Santo Domingo (SDQ) or Punta Cana (PUJ) airports to the hotel and back.
• Teams arrive the day before competition begins; the organization runs check-in and validates all documentation.
• Passports and travel documents are required for every player and chaperone — start early.
