Cuevas and Marte to coach NY vs. NJ girls at the Juan Pablo Duarte Games.

The Juan Pablo Duarte Games New York 2026 close with a Dominican youth girls soccer exhibition at George Washington Educational Campus in Manhattan. Four teams across U-14 and U-17 will represent New York and New Jersey, with Gabriella Cuevas coaching New Jersey and Gabriella "Gabby" Marte coaching New York.

The format gives younger players a memorable, player-first stage: U-14 teams play 7v7, U-17 teams play 11v11, and each match has a winner through penalties if needed.

The guide frames the day as an exhibition and learning opportunity, not a national-team tryout. That clarity matters: players get inspiration from Dominican Women’s National Team figures while families keep the focus on joy, respect, and development.
